Open Enrollment Instructions
If you’ve used Employee Navigator before, please visit: https://www.employeenavigator.com/ and enter your previous username and password. Once logged in you can skip to Step 4 below.
For those new to Employee Navigator please follow the following instructions:
Step 1
Go to https://www.employeenavigator.com/benefits/Account/Register
Step 2
You will be prompted to enter some information:
• First / Last Name
• Group Identifier: Vibrant
• Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number
• Your Birth Date (mm/dd/yyyy)
• Click “Continue”
Step 3
You will be asked to create a username and password.
Please make sure to write this down for later use.
Step 4
After you are logging in you will see the welcome message, address update message, emergency contact, etc. Once you’ve completed all tasks you will be taken to the home screen. From the home screen, click the “Start Enrollment” button.
Step 5
Verify that the current information is correct and enter an email address and home address. Click “Save and Continue”.
Step 6
Add any dependents you want to enroll, by clicking “Add dependent+” on the top left screen. Click “Save”. Repeat this step for additional dependents. Verify that all dependent information is correct. Then click “Save and Continue”.
Step 7
You will then be taken to the enrollment page and you and your dependents can enroll in the benefits you are eligible for.
Step 8
The system will give you a list of plan options with the estimated cost per month. If you want to enroll your dependents in the plan, select the dependents you wish to enroll by clicking on the circle to the left of your de-pendent’s name. To enroll, click “Select Plan”.
Step 9
The system will prompt you to repeat Step 8 for each optional benefit, if you are eligible.
Step 10
If you are eligible for life, click the “Life Beneficiary” tab under “Forms” on the top left side of the screen and enter a primary beneficiary.
The 4 required fields are: beneficiary type, share, name, and relationship. Click “Save”.
Step 11
This should complete your enrollment. Read the acknowledgment and select “Agree”.
Congratulations! You’ve just enrolled in benefits for the coming year.
You will be sent a confirmation of enroll-ment choices to the email address you entered.
